- Arcadia 1 a cosy venue with windows and air-conditioning, situated in the South West Wing of the hotel with a separate entrance from Hall Road. This venue can seat up to 40 delegates in cinema style seating.
- Arcadia 2 a slightly larger venue with windows and air-conditioning, situated directly next to Arcadia 1 with interleading doors. This room also has a separate entrance from Hall Road. We can seat up to 55 delegates in the venue in cinema style seating.
- Constance Room an elegant warm room, which is lovely for presentations or those larger conferences. The room is air-conditioned and can seat up to 100 delegates in cinema style seating.
- Executive Boardroom a stylish venue next to our guest lounge perfect for your meetings in an intimate setting. The boardroom table seats up to 10 delegates.
As a boutique property we strive to deliver personalised service and make your conference a memorable one. For the normal tea/coffee break, why not do something a little more fun, like tea/coffee across the road on Sea Point Promenade, an early morning break on the front terrace with the fresh sea air to wake you up or lunch in our breath-taking courtyard to name only a few options that are available.
