Winchester Mansions has facilities for private functions and events for up to 120 people. We cater for corporate events, year-end functions, weddings, baby showers, anniversaries and any other reason you might have to get together with business partners, friends or family.
Our packages are individually tailored to suit your needs, your style of event and your budget. We can organise anything from sit down dinner functions, cocktail functions or special events like Jazz Brunches, Murder Mystery Dinners or other themed events.
For your event you can choose between the following four beautiful venues:
  • Constance Room is an elegant warm room which is lovely for private entertaining. It can seat 60 people at 6 round tables.



  • The Courtyard, in the style of an Italian Piazza with a fountain as its centrepiece. Surrounded by greenery, seating up to 100 people at 10 round tables. (We require a minimum of 50 guests to block of this venue).



  • Harveys Restaurant, our main restaurant which overlooks the ocean, with a warm but modern feel to it, can accommodate up to 60 people at rectangular tables.
  • The Courtyard Facing part of Harveys Restaurant overlooks the picturesque Courtyard. It can be used for your small parties or for you functions buffet.
